And if his sample-size there (.292 1 HR, 6 RBI in 8 games) is any indication, he should have no trouble mastering AA pitching.Clearly, Waring is going to be wearing Orioles orange and black someday in the not too distant future. If he can manage to keep that strikeout number coming down and his walk ratio headed up, he might find himself a permanent position in the O's starting lineup. At third, Josh Bell is his biggest roadblock, not to mention Waring's sloppy play when subjected to long-term action there. The O's would be well-off to find a home for Waring, even if it's as an everyday DH.. This was suppose to be the biggest threat to BJ Penn's title. After UFC 107 Saturday night, I don't think anyone poses a threat to Baby J anymore.
The destruction of Diego Sanchez really says something! The fight was a good one...if you're BJ Penn, if you're Diego Sanchez...get back in the gym becasue you looked awful. Actually I don't think Diego is that bad, BJ is just that much better than everyone else in the lightweight division. The big question for the UFC is, where do we go with BJ from hereFrankie EdgarEdgar is a very well-rounded fighter that can cause problems for a lot of top-notch fighters, except BJ Penn. Penn would do to Edgar what he did to Diego Sanchez and everyone else. Dominate! Edgar wouldn't be ready for a fight like that.Tyson GriffinTyson Griffin is a good fighter, holding a victory of WEC star Urijah Faber. He posseses a good standup game with some great wrestling ability, but again, I don't see him giving BJ any complications.Gray MaynardMaynard is indeed a "bully" When he faces people not dubbed "The Prodigy".

Wrestling wise, Gray could win the fight, but BJ is very flexible and has outstanding Jiu Jitsu, so Penn could prbly tap him out on the ground. After the excitment of the Davis Cup Rafael Nadal returned home to Mallorca to rest and get ready to start his pre season training wich consists of a fortnights work with British No,4 James Ward ,whom Rafa has hit with in Australia last year and where other people will rest and enjoy the holidays Rafa will have no time to rest as he explained on his pesonal web site Rafael Nadal . Coming back in August Rafa had another blow to his season when a recuring stomach injury picked in Monte Carlo agianst Novak Djokovic reappeared in the 3rd round of the US Open agianst Nicolas Almagro but luckily for Rafa , Almagro had his own injury worries sucummbing to cramp in his leg giving Rafa the golden oppertunity to fight back and secure the victory in straight sets . Sadly Rafa was not as lucky in the Semi when he ran into eventual Champion Juan Martin Del Porto going down fighting in straight sets,.
